Ordering Information / Details

When placing a custom order or filling out a Commercial Printing and Ad Specialty Quote Request for a label size/type not listed above, be sure to include:
  • Upon order be sure to indicate whether you would like blind embossing or single color hot foil stamping.
  • Label Stocks available for blind embossing: shiny gold, shiny silver, dull gold or dull silver - these are the only selections available at the above pricing
  • Label Stocks available for single color hot foil stamping: white gloss, clear film, shiny gold foil, shiny silver foil, white matte, black gloss, forest green gloss, dull gold and dull silver
  • Foil colors available for single color hot foil stamping: gold, silver, red, blue, black, green, matte black or matte white
  • These processes are not recommended for fine lines, details and reversed images.
  • Price includes die charge, die is not retained, new order pricing required for future orders
  • The above seals can be embossed or hot foil stamped with your camera ready, electronic artwork or straight line text. When submitting camera ready art, please submit via our artwork guidelines.
  • You are welcome to provide artwork via electronic or camera ready artwork or Sand Scripts will create the artwork / text layout for you.
    The charge is $10.00 (includes one fax paper proof for approval) for Sand Scripts to create a simple text layout or for Sand Scripts to create artwork for you using one of our stock designs or one of our stock wedding layouts. To use one of our thousands of additional Stock Designs, the charge is $25.00. Or for completely custom Sand Scripts' artwork, the rate is $45.00 per hour.
  • Layout (horizontal or vertical), correct typestyle and label size

  • Please provide any special instructions upon order
  • Fax paper proof of order available, may require an additional charge
  • Registration - within acceptable industry standards of 1/32"
  • Rectangles have rounded edges unless otherwise specified
  • All labels on rolls unless otherwise indicated.
  • Most standard orders ship in approx 5-10 business days
  • Minimum 500 labels - no exceptions, increments of 500 only. Quote provided for orders over 10,000 labels
  • If you wish to combine processes such as printing, hot foil stamping and or blind embossing, please fill out a Commercial Printing and Ad Specialty Quote Request
  • If you require a random sample of a specific product, please send self addressed stamped envelope along with your written request to Sand Scripts, Label Sample Request, POB 543, Brielle, NJ 08730
