Sand Scripts offers a wide range of options for Labels and Stickers. A sampling of sizes and prices on our most popular labels is shown below. If you do not find the size, shape or type of label that you need, please e-mail, phone, fax or mail us to inquire about the type of label that you are interested in. Please be as specific as you can and we will get right back to you.
TO ORDER:
  1. Choose label size/shape from below list and provide that item number
  2. Choose a label type ~
    • Standard Stocks: SHINY GOLD, DULL GOLD, SHINY SILVER, DULL SILVER, WHITE GLOSS, WHITE LITHO (matte), YELLOW GLOSS, YELLOW LITHO (matte), RED FLUORESCENT (matte), ORANGE FLUORESCENT (matte), GREEN FLUORESCENT (matte), PINK FLUORESCENT (matte), PURPLE FLUORESCENT (matte), BLUE FLUORESCENT (matte), NATURAL KRAFT (matte), BLUE LITHO (MATTE), CHARTREUSE FLUORESCENT (yellow), RECYCLED LITHO, WHITE GLOSS OPAQUE, WHITE GLOSS REMOVABLE
  3. Choose an imprint color ~
    • standard ink colors: BLACK, RED (PMS 185), YELLOW, REFLEX BLUE, GREEN (PMS 354)
    • additional ink colors (add'l $15/color): ORANGE (PMS 165), PROCESS BLUE, PURPLE, BURGUNDY (PMS 208), BROWN (PMS 477), GOLD (PMS 873), SILVER (PMS 877), GOLDEN YELLOW (PMS 123), RUBINE RED, COOL GRAY (PMS 5), TEAL (PMS 321) or HUNTER GREEN (PMS 349)
    • Pantone inks add'l $55/color
  4. Provide your text, electronic artwork (to artwork@sandscripts.com) or rendering (an we will layout the label for you) - electronic or fax paper proof supplied with each order
    • We will print what you would like, just provide the text and type of font choice. Indicate a Standard typestyles or list a standard Windows or Mac font or fax a typestyle and we will match as closely as possible.
    • Artwork submission guidelines: Camera ready artwork can be sent via courier, physical address provided upon request. Pricing subject to artwork review, additional artwork charges may apply if we require touching up your artwork or any necessary conversions, be sure to fax a sample of the artwork to 1.732.528.1914 to make sure file was not corrupt in transmission. Note: artwork will be sized to maximum usable area unless otherwise specified at time of order. Registration: within acceptable industry standards of approx +/- 1/64"
NOTES:
  • NOTE: Monitor variations may display ink and paper colors slightly differently than they actually appear.
  • ARTWORK: Submit your own electronic camera ready or electronic artwork. Or no charge for Sand Scripts to create a simple text layout or for Sand Scripts to create artwork for you using one of our stock designs or one of our stock wedding layouts. To use one of our thousands of additional Stock Designs, the charge is $25.00. Or for completely custom Sand Scripts' artwork, the rate is $45.00 per hour.
  • TWO and THREE COLOR PRINTING: The pricing below is for one standard ink color imprint and blank stock. Each add'l ink color (up to 3 colors) add (amount per add'l color) $50/500, $50/1000, $60/2000, $70/5000, $80/10,000.
  • BLEEDS/FLOOD COATING: bleed (print extending past the edge of the label) or flood coating (solid color imprint over the entire surface of the label) would be the one color ink pricing below + $35. Should you want a flood coated label overprinted, add one additional color charge from above.
  • SPECIAL QUOTES: 4-7 spot colors, 4 color process, non-standard hot foil stamping, non-standard blind embossed and combination (ink, stamped, embossed combos) process labels, custom made to order dies, lamination, large quantities, some screens, multiple lots, UV varnish, barcode, liner side printing, metallic and fluorescent inks, adhesive side printing - please provide all details and artwork to shop@sandscripts.com and we will gladly return a quote ASAP. For quoting, please be sure to include, where label or sticker will be applied, any special backing, amount of colors, which colors, artwork sample, label stock, label size/shape and any other required characteristics.
  • ADD'l LABEL STOCKS: available on a quoted basis - laser data gloss, laser removable, white vinyl, clear polypropylene, yellow vinyl, white polypropylene, gold mylar, silver mylar, black polyolefin, direct thermal, thermal transfer, white semi-gloss/FDA direct food contact, white matte tamper-resistant paper, tamper evident, checkerboard/break away, frosty clear poly film, UL approved, tire label II, thermal ribbons, Computer, audio, video labels, bar coding, consecutive numbered, weather resistant, static cling, square cut stickers on rolls, shipping labels and limited sizes and colors on sheets also available, please inquire.
  • OTHER SIZES/SHAPES: Many other sizes/shapes available, please advise and we will see if a die is available in the size/shape you need, otherwise for a custom die to be created to your size/shape specifications expect a minimum one time die charge of $475
  • ROLLS: Most labels supplied on rolls. Minimum 500 labels - no exceptions, increments of 500 only.
  • SHEET LABELS - blank or imprinted
  • BLIND EMBOSSED and HOT FOIL STAMPING: For our most popular sizes of standard one color hot foil stamped or standard one color blind embossed seals, click here.
  • STATIC CLINGS and BUMPER STICKERS: either custom quoted, available as an upcharge with any of the sizes below or for our most popular, click here.
  • RANDOM SAMPLE: If you require a random sample of a specific product, please send self addressed stamped (that means you include return postage minimum $.37 in US) envelope along with your written request to Sand Scripts, Label Sample Request, POB 543, Brielle, NJ 08730
  • PRODUCTION TIME: standard orders ship in approx 1-2 business days from proof approval, blank orders ship in approx 1-2 business days, 4 color+ jobs ship in approx 3 business days, and as a bonus thank you for your valued business most quantities of printed only labels will ship to the US via overnight service at ground rates
