CARDS IN STOCK:
Please do not contact us to ask if a card is in stock, presume that your first choice is in
stock. The delay in taking the time to ask if it is in stock and not securing your order as
early as possible may result in the card being out of stock when you do order. If a card is not
available, it will be listed as "OUT OF STOCK" or you will be notified within one to
two business days of your order. It will expedite things if your original order contains a
second choice.
*PRODUCTION/SHIPPING: Most selections whether imprinted or blank are shipped in 3-5 business days. Some ship
within one business day, some 7-10 business days, it all depends on the specific card
ordered. All cards have an approximate production time listed on the card page, find this
information below the pricing table. All orders are treated on a first come, first served basis. Each and
every order is treated with the same priority status. Cards will simply ship as soon as they
are ready. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. Shipping delays do
happen via UPS or Fed Ex. There are no guaranteed delivery dates, only estimates. Sand
Scripts and our associated printers are doing everything possible to print and ship all
orders within the fastest time frame available in the industry. We are extremely confident
that you will be very happy with service and product provided.
Delivery and production time "estimates" are provided, these are not
guarantees. Some factors that may delay your shipment: initial stock may be depleted and
replenishment is on the way, due to very heavy volume production does get backed up and
sometimes couriers unintentionally delay orders. Sand Scripts is not responsible for any
shipping delays.
**Card availability is not firm until order is in production which may be up to 3 business days from your final order confirmation.
FINAL SALE: This is a custom created product.
All cards are printed to your specifications at
time of order and are non-refundable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable.
There is only allowance for printer error. If you receive an order that is not printed as specified on your final order
confirmation, please notify our office in writing via fax or e-mail within 7 business days of
delivery receipt and that item (or out of stock substitution) will be replaced. No cancellations or changes may be made to an order submitted. Read our
policy/FAQ pages for further information.
Some orders for multiple selections or products may incur additional shipping fees depending on ship from location.
All orders are shipped "best way" by either UPS, Federal Express, Airborne Express, DHL or the United States Postal Service.
If you have a deadline to receive a product or a desired delivery date, we must be made aware at time of order.
Contact carrier for any claims for damage incurred during shipping. Sand Scripts is not responsible for any shipping delays. We have made every effort to ship your order promptly and to your instructions at time of order.

During the month of December and during US holidays, shipping delivery dates are not guaranteed. Due to all of the carriers suspended holiday delivery times, we can only provide estimates for delivery. No credits or refunds will be
