This page is for ordering MATERIAL E Bibs which are made of white disposable plastic.  In quantities as few as one, we have blank white plastic and stock printed crab, lobster, rib, spaghetti, bbq, and child designs available.  Since the plastic is printed first, then the bib is die cut, there is a minimum of five thousand bibs if you want this type printed with a custom design.  Pricing is below, custom quoting is available.  If you need custom disposable bibs quickly and in quantities less than 5000, then select our Material A or Material B Plastic Backed Paper Bibs. CUSTOM PLASTIC BIB ORDER CHECKLIST - when filing our order form, emailing your order, preparing a fax order, or calling us at 1.732.528.4989 - just provide the below information!
  1. PROVIDE QUANTITY:  the minimum is 5000 and they are most economical at 15,000.  NOTE:  if you need bibs fast and in quantities less than 5000 then order our Plastic Backed Paper Bibs.
  2. SELECT MATERIAL 
    • MATERIAL E.  Plastic (adult and child size with ties, stock designs, *minimum 1 stock/not personalized  OR *minimum 5000 bibs with custom imprint)
    • Links to our other Bib Materials:  The best selling - MATERIAL A & B (plastic backed paper bibs), MATERIAL C (non-woven fabric) or MATERIAL D (cloth)
  3. PROVIDE IMPRINT COLOR(S) 
  4. PROVIDE IMPRINT: Send us your logo or artwork, or we will custom create a design for you.  Just tell us the type of event, names/date and which sample layout you would like.  Upon order we will provide a proof with layout / imprint choices.
  5. REST OF THE ORDER DETAILS: event date, ship to address, and payment information.  
  6. Let us know your required delivery date and we'll provide pricing.  
  7. ORDER ADDITIONAL ITEMS WITH COORDINATING IMPRINT such as wet naps, napkins, seafood mallets, cups, scrap buckets, tote bags, treat bags and more!
CUSTOM PRINTED ADULT PLASTIC BIBS

NOTE:  These bibs are offered at a 5000 piece minimum (less than minimum not available) but are most economical when ordered in quantities of 15,000 or more.  To custom create these disposable plastic bibs, plastic rolls must be printed first in large quantities, then die cut into bibs, also 5-6 weeks production is firm.  See bib products BIB-A1, BIB-A3, BIB-B1 and BIB-A4 for small quantity (25-5000) custom printed disposable bibs.  The bibs on the custom printed poly backed paper bibs page are already die cut and ready to print.

Poly bib measures 15" x 20". Bib base color is white. Method of Imprinting is Flexographic. Imprint Area : 10"  x 12" . Most Pantone colors available at no additional charge. Custom quote not required for bibs printed with one, two or three spot colors just add plate charges of $450 per color for 1-3 color imprinting to the pricing in the grid. Four color process printing pricing is also in the grid, however it requires artwork submission for the plate charges to be quoted. Ship weight 8lbs/500 bibs.  Made in North America.

Standard production time 5-6 weeks after final proof approval is firm, no rushes available on this product.  Ship time additional.  

 

CUSTOM PRINTED ADULT PLASTIC BACKED PAPER BIBS

NOTE:  These bibs are offered at a 30,000 piece minimum (less than minimum not available). To custom create these disposable paper with plastic backing bibs, the poly backed paper rolls must be printed first in large quantities, then die cut into bibs, also 4-8 weeks production is firm.  See bib products BIB-A1, BIB-A3, BIB-B1 and BIB-A4 for small quantity (25-5000) custom printed disposable bibs.  The bibs on the custom printed poly backed paper bibs page are already die cut and ready to print.
