  1. PROVIDE QUANTITY
  2. SELECT MATERIAL (all bibs have ties):
    • MATERIAL D.  Cloth (adult,  reusable, heavyweight fabric with ties, great for a keepsake, terrific for family dinners, the bride & groom or bridal party, approx 16" wide x 20" long, *minimum 1  bib)
    • Links to: MATERIAL A & B Plastic Backed Paper Bibs or MATERIAL C Non-Woven Poly Propylene Fabric or MATERIAL E Plastic
  3. SELECT IMPRINT TYPE: (imprint area sized to the maximum imprint area of approx 7” x 10” proportionally)
    • One Color Imprint: one approximate 7" x 10" one color imprint (add one $35 screen charge)
    • Full Color Imprint: one approximate 7" x 10" two color to full color imprint (add one setup $45 charge)

    If you want "closest PMS match" or any other imprint color, specify the PMS number (upcharge) exact PMS match not available due to material properties).  Split imprint colors within order add $35 wash-up fee.
  5. Regarding photos/Full color imprints: We are aware of the print limitations of this product and posting this, you acknowledge that you are aware as well. Due to the nature of the fabric and print process, imprint may have the tendency to be uneven. Shaded areas may not completely fill in leaving white spots of the bib material showing through the design. Imprint is transferred to the material with a heat process, a border of the material, sometimes yellow in color, sometimes shiny, may show thru to the front of the product. Slit in neck area is die cut release and there to help paper bibs stay flat, it is not a defect in the bib. Bib imprinted centered left/right unless otherwise specified, printed on hand jig, location of imprint on the neck hole in relation to the neck hole may vary. All of this is evidence in our numerous images online. A free random sample of the product (or spec sample w/upcharge) is available upon request prior to final sale purchase. We will not be held responsible for any verbal changes to this order after proof approval or subjective assumptions regarding the product that a customer may make upon receipt of a finished product. Final sale of custom printed purchase.
  6. PROVIDE IMPRINT: Email your logo or artwork, or we will custom create a design for you from our vast library of designs.  See sample imprints/ideas and we'll create your custom artwork based on the sample number you provide.  Just tell us the type of event, names/date and which sample layout you would like.  Upon receipt of your complete order we will provide a proof with layout/ imprint choices, should you wish to modify the design, we'll work with you and provide a complimentary reproof.
  7. REST OF THE ORDER DETAILS: event date, ship to address, and payment information.  
  8. WE ARE RUSH ORDER SPECIALISTS: expect standard orders to ship in approx 10-14 business days (ship time additional), rush production/expedited shipping always available.  In most cases, same or next day shipping can be made available (rush charge + expedited shipping costs as necessary) .  As our production schedule varies as well as distance from ship point varies - let us know your required delivery date and we'll provide pricing.
