Monitor variations may display ink and paper colors slightly differently than they actually appear. If color matching is of utmost importance, a color swatch must be provided. Sand Scripts will not be held responsible for color matching if swatch is not provided. Die lots may vary slightly from batch to batch.

When ordering napkins be sure to include:

• Item # and Size (such as Beverage or Luncheon)
• Napkin Color
• Design or monogram choice, if applicable
• lmprint Color
• Name/Date/Wording Imprint (two lines of imprint included, each add'l line if can be accommodated are $2.00/line typesetting fee - not per napkin)
• Your text will be printed in standard script typestyle such as PI (Cotillion / Piranesi Italics) OR Park Avenue and Block typestyle may be available for your selection. ALTERNATE TYPESTYLES ARE NOT AVAILBLE without the creation of a custom die. If you desire an alternate typestyle add $25.00 custom die charge + 2-3 add'l business days for production.
• You may submit your own artwork - add'l $25.00 die charge + any applicable artwork charges - see our artwork guidelines.
• Standard production time approx 2-3 business days in house + ship time - for custom art add approx 3-5 business days. List your deadline date on your order form and on your return e-mail order confirmation we will advise if expedited shipping is required along with the expedited shipping add'l charge.

• A couple of additional choices: if chosing a BD, CD, MD, WDH, WO, WOb, SC23 or WD design you may select from the additional typestyles and the following ink/foil color choices.

The above information is for printed and hot foil stamped napkins only - below is for Debossing (design or monogram pressed into the napkin) and Embossing (black area of design or monogram is raised up from the napkin)

If you wish your napkins to be debossed (design or 3NM or NM7 monogram pressed into the napkin) with a standard a WD, WO, BD design the additional charge is $35.00 to the napkin lot. If you wish one of the custom monograms WD-M-series listed on our design's page the additional charge is $70.00 to the napkin lot. If you wish your own custom design debossed, the additional charge is $95.00 to the napkin lot.

If you wish your napkins to be embossed (any design or monogram raised up from the napkin) - the custom die and running charge must be custom quoted. Please either fax or e-mail the custom design or design/monogram number and the quantity you require. Expect to spend a minimum of $395.00 for the custom die + approx and add'l $15.00 per 100 napkins running charge.
