- TERMS OF SALE...
- Sand Scripts is an online retail store. Our products ship from numerous warehouses and manufacturing facilities in North America. We do not have a physical location for order pick-up, nor do we wholesale our products.
Arrangements for product samples and pre-production proofs can be made prior to purchase. Rush orders are our specialty. If a specific delivery date is required for rush or standard orders, it must be provided in writing at time of order. Rush production and expedited shipping are available for most products. All catalog, quote and/or sample requests are to be made in writing via email or fax. All necessary upcharges for the previously listed services provided upon request.
Upon purchase you agree to the terms of sale posted on our order forms, order confirmations, sales receipts, invoices and posted policy pages. You will receive a sales receipt with your order or mailed separately to your billing address. Tracking numbers of orders will be emailed to you as available. Your credit card / debit card statement will list our parent company, Sand Scripts, for transactions made on our family of web sites. Sand Scripts collects sales tax on taxable products from customers from New Jersey only. All other taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
We reserve the right to ship an upgraded or similar product if stock

Due to the swift processing of orders we can not accept cancellations. We make every effort to ship your order promptly and to your instructions at time of order. Any claims regarding an order must be made in writing via email or fax within 7 days of receipt of delivery or delivery date. Each unique claim will be evaluated in a timely fashion. If deemed to be printer error, fault of the manufacturer or damaged in transit Sand Scripts will reprint, repair or replace as necessary on a case by case basis. Return authorization, will also be provided if necessary. In all cases we will work with you.

- We will absolutely not sell your name, address, phone number, fax number or
e-mail address. E-mail addresses are used for quick communication with your
personalized order, as well as for providing the tracking number of your shipment. All information is stored internally and is

We appreciate customers to prepay via credit card or one of the below methods. For your convenience, Sand Scripts accepts Visa, Master
Card, Discover, American Express, Diners Club / Carte Blanche and JCB.
If paying via Cash, Certified Check, Money Order, PayPal, Business Check or Corporate/Institution/Government Purchase Order
please provide your order first, we will fax an invoice to you with our calculations of the final total and further instructions
for order approval and payment address. Terms are available for returning customers and under special arrangement. We do not accept COD's or Personal Checks. All prices are in US Dollars.
Because our orders are custom, your credit card will be charged at time of order.
Due to the speed in which orders are processed, cancellations of a submitted order
will not be accepted. Under special circumstances, you may be able to terminate an order in production,
you will be responsible for a percentage of the
purchase price of work completed plus a cancellation fee.
By all means - if you are uncomfortable with placing your credit card information
the secure online order form, e-mail or fax, then on your order form mark "In Store Payment" or
"I will provide payment upon order confirmation" and we will provide a special business phone number where
you can call your in credit card. Sand Scripts will not phone solicit credit card numbers, we will wait for your phone call.
There is a $25.00 fee for any returned business checks.
A late payment charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum amount allowed by law,
if less, will be applied to any balance owed under any invoice after the
due date stated. If complete payment is not received by due date, all
discount offers are null and void. The purchaser agrees to pay all of
the company's reasonable attorney's fees and any collection agency fees
incurred in the collection of any amount owed and not paid when due.
SALES TAX: New Jersey customers will be charged 6% sales tax.
All other taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

- We do our best to ship stock items in approx 1-3 business days.
Most invitations ship in approx 1-5 business days. Most promotional products ship in approx 1-14
business days. Orders move very quickly around here and we do our best to most economically meet your required
delivery date. Just make sure we know at time of order when you require your product. We ship via
whatever method you select and either bill your shipper's account or credit card accordingly. We prefer
shipment via FED EX, UPS or AIRBORNE. We ship signature required under special circumstances and
upon customer's request only. We do ship US Postal Service depending on location and arrangement
with the customer. We are your RUSH ORDER SPECIALISTS!
- ARTWORK...
- We have a very large library of artwork that can be used to be imprinted on our
products. Some of the artwork may be standard for the product you choose, some artwork may require
additional artwork charges. Your order confirmation will always detail any necessary costs. At all times
you are more than welcome to provide your own artwork for a custom imprinted product. Again, costs for
this service may vary. You may provide your artwork electronically (via e-mail) or on paper (via courier or standard mail -
physical address provided upon request)

Completely custom artwork created by SAND SCRIPTS at the rate of approx $45/hour. Simply
fax or email a sketch or your idea and we'll provide a proof/imprint choices.
- If you want "closest Pantone match"
or any other imprint color, specify the Pantone Matching System
number, additional charge is approx $65. Exact PMS match may not be possible due to
material properties.
- Additional location, imprint color, second side imprint may be available for an additional charge.
- In most cases choose a dark imprint on light items and light imprint on dark items.
- **You may deduct the screen charge from your order if you agree for
Sand Scripts to tastefully
imprint our business name onto your product as part of your artwork. List

- NOTE: color is very subjective. If product/imprint color is of utmost importance to you,
you must request a sample or color swatch prior to final sale purchase. Charge
may apply, see below. Whenever possible use Pantone Matching System color identification numbers. Actual products may vary in color from sample and dye lots
provided. Colors will vary between printers / monitors. Sand Scripts is not responsible for
color matching.
- RANDOM SAMPLES...

- In most cases we do not charge for a random sample of a product
under $5/item when you pay the shipping cost.
Multiple samples and products over $5 will be invoiced accordingly.
- To request another image of the product, a sample swatch of the material or ink color as
applicable to the above product, simply send a self addressed stamped envelope
(must include appropriate first class return postage) along with your request to
Sand Scripts, Sample Request, POB 543, Brielle, NJ 08730 USA. Images online are representative only, Sand Scripts
reserves the right to substitute equivalent or similar product.
- To request a random sample of a product, send your written request via fax,
email or postal mail. Include your name, address, event date, your UPS or FED EX account
number and ship method for direct billing of freight. If you do not have a UPS or FED EX account
and/or if a cost for the sample applies you will receive an invoice.
- A custom imprinted pre-production sample may be available for an additional charge,
expect approx $75 plus applicable screen charge(s) and shipping costs. Email for pricing/details.
- All sample requests must be made in writing. Sample fulfillments include a discount

- RETURNS and EXCHANGES...

There are no returns or credits issued on custom imprinted or custom
created products, cases of products shipped, food, custom created favors,
favor makings, software products, unwrapped products, skullcaps or special
orders, allowances are only made for printer error (see below).
Non-custom imprinted and non-special order items may be returned for Sand
Scripts' credit, only. No merchandise may be returned for credit without
prior written authorization, returns without our authorization will be
refused. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt - authorized returns
must be in resale condition and returned with in 7 days of
approval. Restocking charges apply and will be assessed per return. Shipping
charges are not refundable in any case. All products shipped from Sand
Scripts' are inspected and are in perfect condition. Contact carrier with
any claims for damage incurred during shipping. Sand Scripts is not
responsible for any shipping delays. We have made every effort to ship your
order promptly and to your instructions at time of
order. Work submitted with shipment is a final product and is not
subject to any revisions. Any revisions will be considered a new order and
will be requoted accordingly. Monitor variations may display product, ink and paper
colors slightly differently than they actually appear. If color matching or product "quality" is
of utmost importance, a sample swatch must be requested or ordered prior to final sale purchase. Sand Scripts will not
be held responsible for color matching if proper color identification
according to industry standards has not been at time of order placement. Color is very subjective
and is not guaranteed unless industry standards (Pantone Matching System) is
indicated and available at time of order. Assorted color items may include or not include
all colors listed or pictured. Paper stocks will vary in
color and thickness, if either is of utmost importance - a sample must be
obtained. Images online are representative only, Sand Scripts
reserves the right to substitute equivalent or similar or upgraded product. Products may vary, please do not assume that
a product ordered at one time will be identical to a product ordered at a different time. If you are trying to match
a previous lot, a sample
of the actual lot must be ordered prior to final sale purchase.
There are no returns on blank or custom imprinted paper stocks or
invitation or holiday card kits. If any monies are to be refunded to the
customer, a Sand Scripts check will be issued within 10 business days. Your
order may have been drop shipped from our manufacturer. Please be sure to
inspect, count and proofread your articles very carefully. Any claims for
printer error within 7 days - you will be responsible for return of damaged
or incorrect shipment unless prior arrangements are made for pick up. Not
responsible for any shipping delays. Not responsible for
expedited replacement of damaged, incorrect or misdirected
goods. Custom created favors are sold for decorative purposes
only and are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable. All
embossers and rubber stamps are non-refundable,
non-returnable, non-exchangeable - if there is a error in the die, (if
different than your final order confirmation) please advise and we
will replace the insert if the order was manufactured
incorrectly. Samples, imprinted products, software, full cases, special orders and food are
non-returnable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable.
- WHAT IF THERE IS AN ERROR IN MY ORDER?

We want to make sure that what you receive is exactly as per your final order
confirmation. If there is an error, shortage or omission, it will
be corrected and reshipped as quickly as possible. As your order may be
a drop shipment directly from the manufacturer, please check all
orders carefully upon receipt and advise immediately if the order is
different than your final order confirmation. NOTE: ALL claims must
be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of product. No
monies will be returned, there are no refunds, just corrected replacements of
goods if necessary due to printer error, omission or shortage so that
exactly what you order is exactly what you receive. As we appreciate your order in writing and
give you all means to do so,
Sand Scripts will not be held responsible for any errors made in a verbal order or subjective assumptions
that a customer may make upon receipt of a finished product. Regarding typesetting and socially correct wording; our printer reserves the
right to make all of the wording fit on invitations/announcements/cards in
the most attractive way and alter your text to the appropriate socially
correct wording. Printer reserves the right to conform to industry standards
if required. If there are wordings or formatting that you must have, it must
be indicated as such on your order form. We will do our best to accommodate
all requests. We trust our typesetter will have your product look the best
that it can look! Please be aware that there are certain
printing requests that incur additional charges, such as on invitations;
corner copy, extra lines,
proofs. Sand Scripts does not offer any customer satisfaction guarantees. Orders are printed according to
industry standards. Make sure you read product descriptions, order confirmations, proofs and
other communications thoroughly. Any questions/concerns must be addressed prior to order fulfillment to avoid
any misunderstandings regarding the product/imprint. Typesetting reserves final judgment on all
imprinted orders.
- POSTAGE...

Invitations/Cards/Papers may require additional postage when mailed. It
is your responsibility to take any mailing to the post office for weighing
and measurement for postage.

- WHOLESALE/RESELLER INFORMATION...

- We are primarily a retailer - the only exceptions are below. All of our pricing is RETAIL and in US Dollars.
- We do not have a reseller program for all of our products. However, case quantities can be ordered at a discount for qualifying merchants. - Your opening wholesale order for case quantity products only must be a minimum of $750. You will save approx 25% off of our listed retail pricing.
A special discount code is necessary to purchase which you will receive via email after
qualifying for our reseller program by faxing your request for wholesale status and your
state resale certificate. Prepayment via business check or credit card due at time of
order until terms are established. All reorders must be a minimum of $100. A small invoice
charge of $15.00 will apply to any reorders under $100. No further discounts apply
- Custom Imprinted Favor Ribbons Dealer Kits are available. To qualify, please mail or fax a letter of request on your business letterhead and your state business resale certificate. The wholesale imprinted ribbon dealer kit is $15.00 and includes US Mail shipping, ribbon samples, color swatches, your special discounted pricing and coupons.
- Embosser and/or Rubber Stamp Fulfillment is available for professional organizations,
schools, training programs and notary offices. If you require a minimum of 25 of the same
embosser with or without a name/identification drop - we want to help! We will provide an

For over 30 years, PANTONE Color Systems have enabled designers and manufacturers worldwide to specify and communicate accurate color. Today, PANTONE is the recognized leader in color communication for the graphic arts, apparel, home furnishings, beauty and industrial design communities. PANTONE provides color trend direction for the vast majority of consumer products ranging from fashion to home. If a PMS or PANTONE number is provided for your order,
please be sure to check with a PANTONE swatch book so you are aware of the color that will be printed. Some surfaces will affect the true color of the printing and we will match as closely as possible when a PMS color is designated. Remember monitors/printers will make colors appear different than actual. Sand Scripts is not responsible for color matching or color calibration of how colors may appear to you. Best advise is that you order a sample prior to press and consult with a PANTONE book when color is of utmost importance.
